practically if u see then there are certain points to notice
in this question as following:
1)In the question it is not mentioned that leaving me who
else can drive.
2)We are in India and at midnight there is a bit dangerous
environment.
3)So we cant keep the lover (if female) at bus stand for
certain time at midnight.

Through these certain points we can do is that
I will give my car to my lover to drop that lady to her
destination and take car with her self and being boys me n
my friend we will enjoy the rain n try to search some other
means of tranport.
