Same the problem with me - I've done B.Tech. in ECE . I posted This question to some other sites, & there the repliers suggested to concentrate on GK, current developments in economic sector, economy & Bank-related terms .

But there is a bigger problem - have you received the 'Interview Call Letter' ? There is no further info in OBC site. If you have any info, please let me know !

no not yet .i'm also waiting for it n no further information is mention in the site .but my friend got the interview call letter so i guess by 15th we should get ours.

1.What is PLR? What is SBI's present SBAR? 2.What is mixed economy? 3.Who is the owner of SBI at present with what shares? 4.Who will issue currency notes? Who will issue one rupee notes? 5.What is mixed economy? 6.What is CRR ? 7.What is Bnak Rate ? 8.What is the function of RBI ? 9.What is inflation rate ? 10.Some european bank is in lost,What is the reason ,and what is the impact on IT sector and economic condition in India?

Hi, I am shortlisted for Bank of India PO(GBO)and have my interview on 15th March ,2011. Can anyone help me on What& how to answer on the following questions: 1) Why did you choose banking when you have grown fast in the corporate sector (I worked for 3.5 years in a top BPO and now at a Fortune 500 Company... Non- IT) 2)Character certificate is required from two persons , obtained on recent date(mentioned in the call letter) So,any particular format? 3)I've done my PGDBA(HR) in correspondence mode , which holds no value in the Govt.Sector( not AICTE/UGC regd.).So, if they ask ' Why have you done this course when you want to choose banking as career?' , what should I answer? 4) What to say if we are not clear on ans. to certain questions?
