and i was rejected three times for F1 visa for spring
2009 ... I m applying again for spring 2010... how can i
convince visa officers for visa?

I also rejected 4 times for fall 2009 from Bangladesh. I am
going to apply spring 2010 again. My sister is living in New
York. Visa Officer ask all question about my sister and
brother in law not my education and experiences. I think,
having relatives in USA is great disadvantage for getting F1

But if you look into positive side, you can still convince
the Visa Officer by saying that your own settlement will be
in your home country and your only purpose for the travel is
for studies.

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? i have applied for the f1 visa i have only bank loan as a proof of funds can i get a visa or if not what are the supporting documents i can show? and also my interview date is on 30 nov 2007 can i postpone this to later date in december? i have paid visa fees and sevis fees is there any other fees?

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do
