I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years. Till Now i did't get the status, no response what to do....

My Consultant said there is no need of client letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the project there ie i do not have any client letter. Can anyone please tell me if they have got visa stamped through this way. Any suggestion/advice welcome. Thank u all.
2 10165I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. What is your latest degree? 2. How many employees are working in your company? Me: around 30 3. Are all of them from India? Me: most of them she issued me 221(g) and asked me for the following documents: 1. Petitioner's Federal income tax return past 3yrs 2. Petitioner's State unemployment wage reports for past 3 years 3.List of petitioner's employees at your job site including names, titles , salaries and immigration status. I was wondering what are they trying to determine by determing how many employees are from India and are there chances of refusal if they find out 10 out of 30 are on H1

Hi I am working with XYZ company and the employer is appilying for H1B visa.I have lost the tax filed returns form ITR form of 2009-2010 assessment year but I ahev the form 16 where the tax payable amount is zero there .I ahve the cheque which I got 160 Rs as the refund amount .Will it be a hurdle for my H1B visa stamping.

My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must be employed at the time of interview?please reply.
