Hi, I have both B1 and L1 valid visas.I will be travelling to USA next week on Business trip for a duration of 5 weeks on B1 Visa. Q1.Will there be any problem to my L1 visa as I am holding it now and travelling on B1 visa? Q2.Will there be any problem in future if I go on long term on L1 visa? Please clarify my doubts. Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Is it ok if I do like this?

hello i am from jordan but i live in saudia arabia i had interview last week in saudia arabia but it was refused i am planning to apply agian but in jordan my question is , what is my chance to get the visa and if they asked me if i been refused before should i say yes? do you think they have it in the system even if my interview was in saudia arabia thanks alot all

I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you

I met a friend through the internet. He's from USA and older than me. We've been online together for 2 years now. We now decided to meet up. Despite disapproval from my family, we still want to be together. So we planning that i go to USA and be together with him, and cause i'm only 20yrs old, i myself still want to study. He said he's going to sponsor me in the USA. We'll meet in May soon. My family won't sponsor me of course. My questions are, 1. What if the interviewer ask who gonna sponsor me, what shud i say? And if i say my US boyfriend, bet my visa will get rejected cause they wud think i go to USA to be with my boyfriend and not to study. 2.To grant the visa, would they check for the approval of my family first? 3. I'm from Malaysia, and from what i know, the success rate of visa interview are higher, for those who apply from countries that have lower/lowest populations students in US schools? Is it true?

I am an Indian studying in Germany for the past 2 years (from 2007). In 2008, I applied for a B1 visa and got rejected. And the counsellor gave the reason that i am not staying long enough to travel USA. At that time, I have completed 16 months. Now, 2009, again I am applying. And my interview will be on 22nd april. In the last time and this time, I have proper documents for attending the conference. My question is : what they really want to know those who want to travel to USA for 4 days?

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?

Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. What proof or evidence i should take with me for the next time? If I mention about my consulting job, does it make any differences? they didn't even see any of my papers. Please advise.

I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?

They are legal permanent residents who have settled there...the visa officer deined me the visa saying that i wont come back as my siblings also went on F-1 visa. My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

I want to marry a girl who I have talked to for about 3 years. I have not met her in person but was thinking about trying to use the fiance visa to bring her to U.S to marry her. hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks
