Sir my sister applied for visa and got rejected thrice when she was coming in the train unfortunately her passport got drowned in water as some one kept a water bottle open in the top and it poured into the cloth bag in which she kept her passport and when we took to the regional passport office and asked for replacement of the pages they said they need to give her a new passport as the previous one is damaged now my question if she wants to apply for the visa again is it possible she can apply with a new passport or she has to use the old passport as she has got the new passport now if so what are the procedures

Hi I've got a work permit to UK which is stamped (visa) in the year 2009 march. Due to some reason I have not travelled so far(2010 march). But the job offer is still open for me and also the Visa is valid till to 2011 march. Now my query is ... Can I travel to UK? for that Do I have to notify at UK ambassy in India that I'm travelling. My daughter US legal Permanent resident became Pregnant required mother beside her as per Doctor suggestion being her health at stake. I applied for Visit visa for a short stay of 2months which was refused. Again reapplied with same reason, that was also refused.I am not yet ready or in a position to live permanently outside Bangladesh and certainly my husband (US Citizen) will apply for an immigration visa when I will ready to move. I have home and strong family ties and significant assets & income in my home country and a very strong reasons for return my habitual home. My son-inlaw sponsored my trip (who is also a US Citizen)wishes to finance my trip duly provide accommodation and other cost. But my re-application also refused under 214(b).
