I have applied 2 times From London U.S Embassy for visit Visa (b2) and one time From New Delhi for Student F1 Visa for Southern new Hampshire University. Now i am applying for the same university. All the 3 times i was rejected under section 214(b). This will be 4th U.S Visa Interview. My Sponsor is my Uncle who is U.S Citizen my father due to some loss in business he could not able to support me my father is having only Rs 6-8 Lacs in his A/C which is not sufficient for university which i have selected. My daughter US legal Permanent resident became Pregnant required mother beside her as per Doctor suggestion being her health at stake. I applied for Visit visa for a short stay of 2months which was refused. Again reapplied with same reason, that was also refused.I am not yet ready or in a position to live permanently outside Bangladesh and certainly my husband (US Citizen) will apply for an immigration visa when I will ready to move. I have home and strong family ties and significant assets & income in my home country and a very strong reasons for return my habitual home. My son-inlaw sponsored my trip (who is also a US Citizen)wishes to finance my trip duly provide accommodation and other cost. But my re-application also refused under 214(b). i got rejected on dec 8th first,,dey said income source n all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this? if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/
