(1) Should both the character certificates be in same format?(because college have their own format). (2) Is application form mandatory? (3) Bio data form photocopies should be taken before gazetted officer signs on the form or after signing? (4) All the documents attested by gazetted officer is mandatory including photocopies of bio data form?

Hi friends i am M.Ponraj, i have been selected for the post of Sorting Assistant in RMS'T'Division(Tiruchirapalli), Department of Posts, India on December 29th 2009. In trichy division 23 candidates were selected and 10 of them were given induction training and they are to be posted in trichy division. I am waiting for the induction training. Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI.
