GSC is stands for Gas Solid Chromatography while GLC is stands for Gas Liquid Chromatography,
In GLC stationary phase is liquid
In GSC stationary phase is solid
In GSC Adsorption takes place
while in GLC partition chromatography takes place
In GSC packed coulomn are used
In GLC capillary coulmn are used
