Instrument is a measuring device, we can print out the generated data, like: HPLC, GC, IR, NMR, MASS SPECTRA, PH METER, KARL FICHER, etc....

Equipment is a processing device, we can enter the process value, depends of entered value, the equipment works. like: REACTOR, CETRIFUGE, HOT AIR OVEN, AIR TRAY DRIER, FURNACE, BOILER, etc....
