oos means out of spesification i.e for example our
spesification for assy is 99%-100%.BUT Our resultis 98.52%
this is oos
deviation:this term is related to accuracy
for example in the calibration of balance we use calibrated
weights.we know the accurate weight of 20mg weight is
20.06mg but balance shows 20.08mg so deviation is +0.02mg
