How to decide restandardisation due or retest or expiry of
Volumetric solutions prepared in wet chemistry lab?

Here is your reply.
Case 1, expiry of volumetric solution ]: Stability study of
volumetric study needs to be conducted on the basis of
predefined protocol. We can use volumetric solution till it
differ from the 10% predescribed value. i.e in case if
Normality of 1.0 N NaoH ( predescribed , we can use it up to
10% i.e till we get normality of NaOH is 0.9000.
Case 2, re standardization of volumetric solution ]: Again
stability study is required to assess expiry. Standardize it
on the day of preparation or next day, consider this is
first standardization. Every day do standardization till you
differ normality value by 2%. ie. 0.98.
