Hi, I've scheduled my H1B Interview on Sep-18 in
chennai.I've 3.5 yrs experience in software testing. I
don't know much about the project am going to work in US.
Could anyone suggest what should i say for the following
questions
Q1: What is your responsibility in the US Company?
Q2: Why you want to work in US?
Q3: Since am in s/w testing, what will be the technical
questions they might ask related to my field?

Don' worry abt these type of questions...
u can tell whatever they will give, i must follow that road
as my work...and tell ur proper designation...
i want to grow myselt after getting 3.5 yr of exp in
india..that's y i want to go there and grab oppurtinities...
If u r wokling as a software testing engineer then
technically u should aware abt life cycle of SD(SOftware
Developmet)...

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? I have got my H1B stamped at delhi in Oct 2008 from company X. Due to currect market situation company X has not sent me to USA. Now i resigned from company X and joined company Y. Please let me know if its possible to transfer the H1B visa on company Y.

What questions are being asked for H1B stamping at Hyderabad. I am in US currently and planning to get stamping done in Hyderabad when I visit India.
My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B? Please clarify. Thanks Suresh
