Post run in hplc comes under the gradient programme
(Gradient elution).

Gradient Programme-:

Time(min) A% B%(Where-A% Buffer,B%-ACN)

0.01 80 20
10.00 50 50
25.00 20 80

45.00 80 20

In the above gradient Intially starts with Buffer,ACN in
one proportion,when the time incerases proportion changed
and finallty returns to original proportion is called Post
run or equilibrqtion time
