B.p.o stands for business process outsourcing. outsourcing
means offline delivery of a range of non-core service
functions from a particular party to the third party. This
includes sales, data processing, telemarketing etc.,
Call center means the place where outbound calls are made
and inbound calls are received. It is the online service
providing office, which facilitates customers to get require
information and detail before, during and after the purchase
of a product.
