The call center is the place where we receive and make the
calls to the customer so there are two types of call centers
we have one is inbound call center where we receives the
calls for answering the queries and solving the problem of
the customers and the other one is outbound call center
where from we make the calls for the purpose of selling,
after sales service etc.
