BLOCK SIZE IS USED TO MENTION HOW MANY BLOCKS ALLOCATE TO
STORE MY DATA.IT ALWAYS COME AS MULTIPLES OF RECORD LENGTH.
FOR EXAMPLE DCB=(LRECL=80,RECFM=FB,BLKSIZE=800).
