Confidently tell him i have done
For Support issues we are using Remedy tool
We have SLA(service level agreement) with client
For Priority 1 issues- 5min for acceptance the ticket and
solution within 2hr
P2 ticket- Acceptance within 4 hr And soln within 1 days
P3 ticket- Acceptance within 1day and soln within 21 week
etc...
