A means a customer service, where customer call in (inbound)
for more information on product and services or to be
assisted with challenges or get answers to question on
product, or (outbound)call customer to educate or know
their take on already existing service or new product or
how they can be served better.
Voice means information would be communicated over the
phones or on contact.
Non-Voice encompasses every other process through which
information on product and services is passed other than
voice, eg e-mails, internet, sms, etc.
Eligibility for this job; Excellent communication,
interpersonal and good listening skills, good problem
skills, good product knowledge etc.
