WHY ANY REACTION NOT CONVERTED 100 % IN PRACTICALLY IF IT
CONVERTED 100% IN THEORITICAL
Answer Posted / chennakesava rao k
All reactions are possible 100% on paper only. But
practically there are many disadvantages to obtain 100%
conversion. 100% pure reagents are not availabe and in the
main reaction there are many side reaction leads to other
impurities. Only in few cases we can get 100% conversions
where the reaction is neat and no further work-up for
isolation.
