(a)The Law of conservation of mass:-The matter is neither
created nor destroyed as a result of any chemical changes.
(b)The Law of constant proportions:-A chemical compound is
always found to be made up of the same elements combined
together on the same proportion by weight.
(c)The Law of multiple proportions:-If two elements x and y
combine to give two or more compounds then weights of x
which combine with a fixed weight of y, bear a simple ratio
to one another
(d) The Law of Reciprocal proportions:- The weight of two
elements x and y separately combines with a fixed weight of
a third element z are either the same if simple multiples of
the weights of x and y which combine with each other
(e)Law of gaseous volume:- Whenever gases react they always
do so in volume which bear a simple ratio
(i)To one another
(ii)To the volumes of the products if gaseous
