i already tried same parameter but with instances profile
but system didn't take any effect.
i also restart system.

i m showing steps what i had done for creating profile
parameter.

1) enter tcode RZ10 , browse instance profile, click on
create and enter descption and copy.

2) select on extended and click on changes.
3) create new parameter and enter parameter
login/no_automatic_user_sapstar with value '0' .

4)copy and back, copy and back , copy and back ,
save ,check and activated.
5) restart system.
6)check with new client but not take any effect.
these given steps . Is right or wrong ?
if it is wrong pls give me right steps.

but in client 000 is not allowed for any changes in
standard table usr02.

i try in sqlplus directly .when i enter
user as :sysdba
but password i don't know .
is there any standard password for sysdba?
