Reconstruction is generally used for crating or adding a new
key field/character in target level.

ex:the client requirement is like this

current:cid |product name |qty | sales| profit.

Requirement:need to add gross key fig so that,
use Reconstruction.

How to delete the field created using APPEND STRUCTURE
(.APPEND)

Answer

To delete the .append structure you should have strong reason.
To delete the append structure go to the transaction rsa6
select your data source ex:2lis_02_itm double click on that
and then click on .append structure select change mode and
then click on delete row.

So you can delete / modify the .append structure.
finally activate the .append structure and save it.

other way is go to se11 enter your .append structure name
and then click on extract structure and delete.

prefer first method.

what are the difference between Extractor queue and delta
queue?

Extractor queue:
Maintain v1.v2,v3 update methods,uses background job.

queue and delta:
Whatever deltas came to extraction queue we need to transfer
into the rsa7.
