Balance.
2) Item Intrest is calculated on Open Line Item.

I guess, you can apply either of the following US VISA:-
1) B1 / B2 Visa - you will not be alowed to be in US for
more than 90 days.
2) Dependent Visa - Your Son should raise a request for
this Visa
