How long would it take you to count 1 billion orally if you
could count 200 every minute and were given a day off every
four years?

This answer is completely wrong as it would take much longer
to count from 999 million to 1 billion than it would take to
count from 1 to 1 million being that the numbers are a lot
longer to say. 2 people took the time to count to 1 million
and took 39 days. Each million afterwards would take
exponentially longer so even if they could keep up the rate
which is impossible due to length it would take over 106 years.

Assume that you start counting on 1 January 2001.
9 Years, 187 Days, 5 Hours, 20 minutes
As you can count 200 per minute, to count 1 billion you require
= 1,000,000,000/200 minutes
= 5,000,000 minutes
= 83,333.3333 hours
= 3,472.2222 days
= 9.512937 years
= 9 Years, 187 Days, 5 Hours, 20 minutes
Note that a day off every four year will be a Leap day.
Hence, no need to consider leap year.

1 Billion = 100000000
For 1 Hrwe can count= 200*60=12000 counts for a hr.
therefore for a day= 12000*24=288000 counts
in order to count 10Cr.,we required total days as:- 100000000/288000= 347.22 Days.
We have 1 day in 4yrs ,therefore347.22/4= 86.805 Yrs.
The Answer is 86.805 Yr required to count 1billion.

Substitute digits for the letters to make the following addition problem true. W H O S E T E E T H A R E + A S ------------------- S W O R D S Note that the leftmost letter can't be zero in any word. Also, there must be a one-to-one mapping between digits and letters. e.g. if you substitute 3 for the letter H, no other letter can be 3 and all other H in the puzzle must be 3.
