Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study
english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to
my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes
for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months.
Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am
planning to issue a new visa. The ques is " Can I issue a
new visa?" after these all kinds of problems.

why ur undergraduate percentage is so low?
My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I have never applied for visa till now. I am having a permanent job in India as a lecturer in MBA college but want to join MS in marketing (US)which gives me specialization in e-marketing which is the topic i would like to do a PhD on. How should i defend my case in the visa interview? especially how do i justify my going to US?
This question is regarding documents for funds. I got documents for EPF but the problem is its in the electronic form which can be printed i.e. no bank or any EPF official would be attesting or certifying it. Is it okay if I get this electronically generated EPF printouts ATTESTED BY A NOTARY or a Gazzetted Officer Please do reply ASAP.

I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. Dear , thanks for helping me out with all the informations provided in this website. i got rejected for f1 visa twice in this month (dec) in Hyderabad vo said ur not elgible for student visa vat i have to do now (i got less scores gre 810 btech 55% and having 10 backlogs but for the gre i got letter from ets mentioning that there is problem with the validation of my exam thats why they are offering me to re test for the free of cost) i want to apply for the next time in Chennai vat will u suggest me thank u
