While configuring Outlook write full email address in user ID.
As it contains your domain name your request will directly
forwarded to your domain and it will not ask you password
again and again.
I have tried and tested it..

First need to confirm if user is able to login into windows
using the same credentials?
Also check other application which is accessible by domain
credentials.
If user is able to login and able to access the other
resource then need to look at exchange server end and
verify the mailbox status (attribute), GAL Hiden option,
permission (specialy self sould be added with full mailbox
permission).
Hope this will help to resolve the issue.
