load-balancing to the other technologies in Windows 2000
Server, so you can run more demanding e-commerce and
line-of-business applications

The major Difference is win 2000 server is not supported
for clustring where as 2000 Advanced server can,

and even RAM and Process support is more for Advanced
server comparing to win 2000 server
