Well BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing.It mostly deals with the Clients who runs the business processes.Such as credit card selling,saving or current account opening,documents verifications,educational guidance,carrier guidance,insurances,.et cetera.So for all this processes to be run a client needs the huge quantity of staffs who can provide a good quality work.So they hire them to work in their organisations.....OK guys this was my small try to let some new people know that what is BPO actually.Thank You...
