data fudging happening, which is an integrity issue for the
organization but you don't have sufficient data to prove,
although You know which staff are doing it. Now, 5 team
members come to you together asking that they have heard
from the grapevine that they are suspected for playing with
critical data. How will You handle this situation
especially when 2 out of these 5 are actually the ones

individual notice. declaring whom ever that is doing data
integrity is illegal. if you one from them then come to me
in personal. just meet in personal you wont be punish for
what u did. otherwise if u caught live . i cant help u out.

I think if the data has been furdged, then that is a
crucial issue and an eye has to be kept on the suspects and
also educate the floor employees that breaching the
compliance can lead to immediate termination.
by constant monitoring the activities of employees by
compliance Dept would curtail the problem effectively.
Also educate the employees the best practices like not
sharing the password and related issues would save the
innocent's jobs and helps in weeding out the quilty.

I think if the system is fool proof, the person who did the
fudging will be caught by surveilance and proper
investigations. proper information should be collected from
the 5 people and see if the issue is a roumor and convince
the 5 that things will be in place if no such fudging has
happened.

proper technical or compliance solution has to be drawn
regarding any such possiblility to curtail in future.

counseling has to be given based one the issue and
corrective action policy has to be taken on the quilty

Well...firstly need to understand why they are doing it
whts the problem..will talk to each member personally
regarding this ...will come to some conculsion ....will
create backups fo the data and appoint one responsible
person who need to keep eye on it which data is fudging ....
whn i come 2 know abt person will talk personally

resolve will try my best level if things are not in my hand

understood,is that the illegal things which they are doing
is not right for there up coming future. and at the same
time i will speak with each individual personally about
this matter
... i have to treat them like a friend so that they can
come out of that fear and tell openly.....>>>

If I would be in that position, I would ask those agents
why they felt that they have been targeted for this
issue....have they done something wrong.....I would rather
be more polite with them and try to make them speak their
heart out to me...I would like to meet them
individually....if they don't reveal anything....I would
take a team huddle and share the importance of data
security with the team and also educate the team about the
severe consequence of getting caught in data fudging...this
act can make them loose their job and also their names can
be black listed. I will also monitor their activities and
try my best to catch them one day.

If i am the team leader my first step would be to take out a
way for stopping data fudging from happening,second step
would be giving warning to the agents of the team in
together,third step would be talking with the people who are
actually doing it and give them one chance to improve,coz i
think before discussing it with senior management i can warn
them if they regarding what they are doing because in future
if they are caught doing this then even i wouldn't be able
to help them out.

I do think that with this type of question every body will
be tounge tied up, but its not with the way you resolve the
problem that they will going to base, but the way you react
on the question. So meaning to say every comment that you
going to say is correct theres no wrong answer on that kind
of question. but beware b'coz they evaluate your criteria
of becoming a leader in here so if you cauld give a perfect
answer into this type of question then your on top of the
list.

depending upon the data they are dealing with the action
should be taken .... If data is confidential and if it cause
damage to company image or revenue then those employees
should be sent out of company immediately with out thinking
selfishly about his own performance ( for sending out an
employee will increase attrition for team leader ).... Team
Leader should ensure his company's growth... should take
stringent action against such employees
