following manner:
1. Membership by subscription to the Memorandum
2. Membership by agreement in writing
3. Deemed member
If a person whose name has been entered in the Register of
members and who has, infact, accepted the position and acted
as a member, it will be presumed to be an agreement in
writing unless the presumption is rebutted by proof to the
contrary
4. Membership by conversion of debentures into shares
5. Membership by operation of law or transmission of shares
