a valid contract is only created by the offer and its
ecceptance. For an offer it is necessary to give it to the
person to recieve his essent thereto. The offer is a mean
to obtain the willingness of the offeree to do or abstain
from doing something {sec 2(a)Indian Contract Act,1872}.
The offer must be given to the person directly and the
nessecity of ontaning the assent of offeree must be there.
in this problem A only expressed his wish to give rs 10000
to such person who marries his daughter and he has not
offerred to C. therefore there is no contract arises
between A and C and he is not entitled to claim the money
from A.

If there is valid contrct between two persons it is forced
by law but in this case the object of the cotract is void
it is not enforced by Law.To marry is valid but for some
cosideration is invalid there for C can't sui for money.

no, C will not succeed

1st, willingness to do something does not constitute an
offer .an offer must be made with the object of gaining
approval.

2nd, offer can only be accepted by the person to whom it is
made.C appears nowhere in the conversation betwn A n B
