I have first installed windows in my system.then i intalled
linux, i am able to get the OS selection menu. later i got
a problem with os , again i reinstalled windows os, now i
am not able to see to os selection screen,how to get it
again.

after complete the windows installation boot the system with
linux cd/dvd and goto rescue mode or recovery mode and
execute these commands at shell prompt
#chroot /mnt/sysimage
#grub-install /dev/(harddisk type)
#exit

There is a policy that we can't install client on Linux
server because xp is a client and it can't be installed on
server.but on client we can install server.The first step
is we have remove the server then we can install client and
after the installation of client(xp) we can intall linux
server.

After installation you have to run boot loader of linux
to get the selection screen

Which one is default??? windows or linux...
If it's wondows change the option in Startup and Recovery
menu.(Check the Time to display list of operating systems -
30 sec)
If it's Linux change the option in boot loader file via GUI
mode
