Hello,I'm going to take my interview on August in order to
take have my master in Business Administration.First I
didn't take my TOEFL Since i don't have much time for
it,and I was also told that it doesn't matter if I got it
or not.Secondly,My sponsor is the father of my sister
hasband;in fact he has a lot of money cuz he owns a
Company.I want to know if this will affect my chances of
gaining my VISA.Thanx in advance.

Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? Hiii, I'm giving my f1 visa interview on December 4th,but the question is I already did my MBA and going for MS in accounts so what would be the best answer for that? Please help me on this.
I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?

I took my first appointment in immergency slot on 30 July 08 and got rejected for not eligible. I want to book another slot but as normal slot is not available can i go for immergency. I want to take appointment between 11 to 14 August 08 as my uni reporting date is 20 Aug 08.
