I will be travelling to the U.S, LA in 22 January 2010. I will hve to another ceremony on 15th May , other ceremony on 21st July. I hve a support of affadavit gor the visit. My mother went for the interview for a B2 visa, all the documents were comepleted and i know B2 visas hardly gets rejected if the documents are complete. She was rejected a visa basis her salary which is pretty low as compared to her experience. She earns about 17 K in a month on papers. The consular said that her 15 year work ex with same company and less salary makes her not fit for a B2 visa. Is this a rule, if not, where can we file a grievance.
