price of ten candy bars individually = $10
%cheaper = ((10-7.4)/10)*100 = 26% ans

so, the price of 10 candy bar = $10.00
The pack rate is (10 candies)=$7.40
Therefore,
10-7.4=2.6
2.6*100=26%
The percentage is 26
