hi.I'm going to take my visa interview in august.I did not complected my engineering in time..It took me 4years+6months,with more backlogs.I have a total of 105backlogs with 65% in B.E. GRE with 1020.TOEFL with 80.I had my 10th & inter as 67% and 68%.Can anyone plz tell me the convinencing answer for BACKLOGS TO VISA officer

my name is imran i am stdent from india i have applied for ms in technology and got i 20 from 3 university \but there problem in visa interview i have FD of 13 lakhs indian ruppee bank saving of 4 lakh in my account and 4 lakhs in my bro and my another account and fixed assets of worth 30 lakh indian rupee but i got rejected in first interview ..bcoz i can hear what visa officer saying properly bcoz of glass in between and bcoz of this i were not answerd properly i dont know why she rejected my visa applincation when i took date second time that time i made mistake trhat i took date ion emergency services and emergency application is not valid for 2nd time now i am going to takre date third time i want ur hellp what shuld ido so that i will get visa easily ...i am very afraid my college is start from 15 jan ...i have applied for 1 week extention plz help me plz help me is there any way to get visa plz do reply on my email if u (aimranms@gmail.com)

my brother went for his visa interview, he had backlogs in his B.E , but he cleared all . the consular asked how many backlogs he has , my brother said the no of backlogs he had. my brother tried to explain about that, but visa officer didn't listen. he plans to take interview again. if the consular asks about backlogs, what he is supposed to answer? can he take visa interview again ? general visa appointment dates are not available. emergency appointments only available. can someone tell how to get appointment date?

plz help.I have 65% in BE CS,gre score-1080.I have failed in 10 different subjects but few papers i cleared after 2 atempts,so should i consider that i have 10 backlogs or should i have to consider the repeated attempts(which comes to around 17 in total).Moreover im yet to apply for fall 2010,will i get an admit with this profile and finally will it be possible to get visa?kindly help

I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. I have applied to universities for spring 2010.as alraedy dec 2009 has sarted i am really worried about the visa. i have recived admit from 1 university but that was not my priority so i am waiting for another university to reply.but since i havent god ny answer from them i wann to wait.so i need to noe that what the chances that they clear me if i apply after mid december..are there any chances that they would reject on the basis that i am too late n all.the university is opening on 10-25 jan. please help me to know that what are my chnaces to get a visa if i apply fo visa in or aftre mid dec? are there ny rules that u cant apply after or before some time. as i need to apply for F-1 visa i cant apply without my i-20..please help me

hey im kamran... i gave my interview on the 19th of august.. and they took my passport saying they need more information about me... they gave me a slip and said i can check the status online... can you let me know what is this slip about... it is a white slip..
