I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past
3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I
didnt went in that way,since i was not into
programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP
recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a
process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies
in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than
1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected
to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get
stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to
get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them %
monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you
think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can
go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs.

Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. I got H1B approval in 2009 quota. But I would like to give Visa interview in Jan 2011. So is it ok to give the interview after almost 1 year? If no, then what is the maximum time they allow for appearing the VISA interview after H1B approval?
