number of people who only know shorthand =3/5-1/5=2/5
number of people who only know typing =1/4-1/5=1/20
total no of people who kow one one or other or both =2/5+1/20+1/5=13/20
people who do not know both= 20/20-13/20=7/20
=7/20*100
=35%
