why are you want to join call centre. Don't say the same
anwers, its a growing indresty....so on. Give me different

say this: I want to join the call center *** because of
the high salary, what else? dont sugarcoat it too much coz
it sounds exaggerrated and that annoys the interviewer...
and avoid adding filler answers... if you think the next
word you're going to say is irrelevant, shut the *** up
and say: "... and that's all sir/ma'am.."
so say it like this: " i'd like to join the call center
industry because of the good pay and from what i learned
the company give lots of great privileges to employees.
that's all sir/mam".
Be firm with your answer... Say it clear.. don't slang your
english... be yourself... once you overdo it, you'll
burn... badly... dont be scared to answer the questions.
eye contact with the interviewer is a must. An important
tip: Don't Drink or take drugs before the day you apply for
this crap...
if someone you know works there or if you overheard
chatting smart*** call center agents. the possibilties of a
good reason is endless... think about your present
unemployed state... think about your pregnant girlfriend...
think about how ***ty it is to be a ***... think about the
MONEY... in time, you'll get a good reason why you like to
join the call center crap...
And the Americans and the Europeans? They're "friendly" and
attentive callers... But they are not nice... got it?

call center is growing indury its true .. because your
peoples only launched this wards when there is call cneter
is opened. now saying that do not use this wards... its
not fair..... but i could say call center also a like a
software hardware field...... nothing but special.. in
software they are contacing the other user through the
mails or using programes. but call center there is only
one we are sharing there voice and giveng online
resloution to customer.. so its proud to be says that
working for call cneter.. we do not know them they not no
us. but calling regarding problem offer loand giving
information online make them happy, its really different
than software or other development.. taking a calls is a
call center.. giving a resloution is a call center.
sharing/ making the bond relation ship and work ship
with the other customer is the call center,,,, if w
compare to software call center leading company rather
than software. company having all rights to sale there
product on other country but the other country peoples
wnat to know about the product they will call back to
the same company. so for assisting that they need a agent.
they agent answer the question through the phone... for
answering there call through phone we call it as a call
center, call center is a best. if who work they can
understand the ward call center,,, plz do not ask the
employes that what is call cneter, give them chacne if
they have talent and abiltity. let them understand the
meaning of the call canter....
