Hi all, I am Kavitha ,i am here on H4 visa. I got H1 visa approval now . Actually, i completed MA(Economics),after that i had learned Testing Tools(WinnRunner,TestDirector,QTP)& Oracle9i (Pl/SQL).i don't have coding knowledge& i don't have any expreience. Hello, I have some queries reg the H1 visa, I did my Bachelors from India in Computers, worked there for 3yrs and came to UK to do my masters in Business Management (MBA). I am now looking to apply for H1 in 2009 and do Oracle HRMS. I heard some where that a Masters degree in UK is equivalent to 2years of work experience ( as i don't have enough work experience). Hi all, I posess and MBA degree with nearly 5yrs of exp in various areas of HRMS. out of which i have also worked as Oracle hrms support consultant for abt 8 months almost 3 yrs back. After which i had to quit my job due to personal reasons. Now that i would like to reshape my career, i am wondering persuing the same in Oracle hrms by brushing up the subject is the right way and how is the apps market for the freshers at this point? Request you all to provide your valuble suggestions abt the openings in the orcle hrms to rework on my career.
