I was rejected once. nw i am applying for 2nd interview after 20 days. do i need to change the CA certificate to update the date or not. do i need 2 do ny changes in my documents? plz answer???

i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?
hello.. i went for the visa interview on 10th august 2009, and was rejected.as ma interview was very short and i was unable to know the reason.. i have applied for ms in elect engg in csula. i: good morning sir. VO: DID not replied and asked for passport and all. after having ma finger print he asked me which unv? i: CSU LA VO: how many unv have u applied for and name them? i: 2 sir, csula and Nyit vo: why nyit? ( being very loud) i: becox the course and curriculum are quite similar to ma objectives and i am interested in this research program they are offerring. vo: why nyit? ( being more louder) i: becoz i wnted to keep it as an option if in any case i was not admited in csula. vo: wat option? i am asking u why Nyit? i: becoz they are proving me a spz of microcomputers and digital systems. and also ma teachers and seniors reffered me this unv. vo: do u have ny relation in us? i: no blood relation but i do have some seniors there. vo: i am sorry cant grant u d visa. i am taking date after 15th august.is it possible people get visa's in 2nd attempt. where i lacked last time. and next time wat ll i possibly say dat y was i rejected last time. does ma first rejection ll affect ma 2nd interview. plz help me...

My interview is few days away and am applying for a us student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. I was at an interview, and Im not sure if they always say they need to verify your I-20.. It has been a while from now, so does anyone know about this??
how can we contact professor or any staff in arkansas state university so that it will be beneficial during interview. even what type of question can we communicate to them for BS in business administration? please sort it out
