Sir,i am pooja.i had 15 backlogs during mca.but I finished all subjects with in the academic duration with 70%(by 3 rd year).am I eligible to write gre and toefel.if I get good score can I get admission in good unversity?are my backlogs impact on my admission or visa?plss suggest me.

Hi, I got admission in BIOMEDICAL ENG. MS in Ohio,WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY. My gradution % is 59.67 with 6 backlogs. GRE 1030. TOEFL 87. I am going to appear for visa interview. I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed.
