I have made a mistake at work when I accidentally connect the wrong plug which isn't exactly its original socket and the device just turned off eventually but it didn't broken. What I did was I asked the supervisor to guide me about installation diagram and analyse it very carefully he showed me how it's done by looking at the drawing and illustration of the right electrical diagram. After I looked at the problem, I removed the cables and put it all on its proper places based on the illustration. Now I know how it's being installed and I know what to do when this happen to me. I thanked my boos that he approached me to know about this problem so that I could provide good service to our customers.

I joined sutherland bpo on 16th september 2015 and left on 6th october 2015? Now they are asking for recovery of rs 8500. What if i don't pay the amount? I left that bpo due to work pressure. Can they take legal action against me? If i don't pay recovery amount. They did not give any salary to me, because i worked only for 20 days. And in my offer latter it is mentioned that i have to pay 1 month salary to company, if i leave the company without giving notice period of 15 days.

HR: If you get a Opportunity to go with a reputed company which is ready to pay more than what we r going to pay here. Will you quite the job from here or what? This is the common question used to ask by every HR. Obviously everyone will has to say YES but unfortunately for the hell shake we to need to say NO so give me a correct and positive answer.

I have done B.Sc.(H)Zoology).I went for an interview in a call centre.Cleared seven rounds there.Only I was selected out of 50 people for HR round.In HR round the HR manager asked me "Why you want to join a call centre after doing B.Sc.?" I couldn't answer and lost the interview.
