I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. HI, I ahve my visa stamping on first week of Dec at Chennai consulate. My Consultant said there is no need of client letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the project there ie i do not have any client letter. Can anyone please tell me if they have got visa stamped through this way. Any suggestion/advice welcome. Thank u all.

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
