find out from offer letter

I have applied for J1 visa 3 years back and it got rejected Reason: No sufficient evidence of coming back(Strange but true). This year my application for H1B is accepted interview will be in sept oct, will the interviewer ask about my J1 refusal?

I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India. For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not explained the reason for backlogs properly. For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs. Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc. For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan, Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with documents. Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on Dec 02nd 2010. What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past refusals?

Hi, I've scheduled my H1B Interview on Sep-18 in chennai.I've 3.5 yrs experience in software testing. I don't know much about the project am going to work in US. Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. Is it necessary to carry all the original docs of the employer like tax returns client agreements, etc can any on help me in getting answer
