i have devlope the living standard of soldiers,as
comparison to civil that's why also give them spoken
english classes, computer classes and personel devlopement
while met anyone in civil life. I also morilise to get
their higher civil study for their good future.

i will collect my entire unit and get to know all's

I will concentrate on improvement mainly in two fields first is training. I will manage best available resources for training in their trade work and make them efficient in handling them both physically and mentally. secondly i will ensure that from administration side they get nutritious food good living condition for them and their families. Education and chances of self improvement for them and their families.

first i go through the whole way to plug that holes where
my unit is lacking , & after that i make some protocols
that should be consistently follwed by whole unit. if any
person take any step which is anti to protocols, than that
person hv to face the concequences with respect to it.

first of all i would try to choose the best cadets in my
team , and my main action plan is to aware them all
regarding the new technical weapons and will pay equal
atention on their physical and mental alertness ,
institing of equal partication of all cadets in the troop
ane equally motivating them all on their plans.
