all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and
again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said
student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to
do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its
on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this?
if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/

listen to me,
spring 2011 have seen disaster visa rejection. if u really
wanna get through, jus get offer letter from ur relative who
owns a company. n tell officer u wanna work n expand his
business back in india. this is the only key if for this
season. i was rejected twice. forget abt me stanford n
carnegi mellon ppl were rejected.

Hi
friend really nice i appreciate and happy from you and more
expectation at the same time also. There is no difference
poor or rich person to studied and in your Interview they
saw your body language and selected course is he eligible to
do it or not ? fluently but while we are attending an
interview most need the confident in our "Voice". Here one
thing the interviewer questioning different ? think about it
once ? i didn't saw any where this type of question but

I have been to South Africa(SA) on a holiday and i missed placed my passport in SA and after that i came back to india with a Transit visa. I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.
