Hi my L1 B Blanket Visa got rejected in Mumbai US Consulate. He wrote "not specialized" in the petition. Also told me that I want some more information from ur HR and give this document to him/her, see you in next couple of weeks. I guess the document he gave me was 221(g) paper (seemed like a xerox one) which said that your application is not considered in ins....definition of specialized knowledge professional why they are different etc. My HR said that this is a rejection, let us know if u receive any call in next 2 weeks. Anybody who has gone through this kind of issue please answer... Any idea what is this ? Does this mean its a complete rejection ? After how many days can I apply for another visa ? Can I apply L1B Blanket visa again and what are the chances ? I would appreciate an answer...

Hi, I have both B1 and L1 valid visas.I will be travelling to USA next week on Business trip for a duration of 5 weeks on B1 Visa. Q1.Will there be any problem to my L1 visa as I am holding it now and travelling on B1 visa? Q2.Will there be any problem in future if I go on long term on L1 visa? Please clarify my doubts. Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.
