Hi I am Dinesh, BCOM graduate have 3 years of experience in Logistics dept. Now i am joining to Tibco and company is sending me to US for trainning. They are saying it will be on B1 Visa bases.... I am new to this VISA word only and english is also very poor..... Can any one help me guiding me wt all questions consul-et asks and How to prepare for it?

Hello, i am planning to open a virtual store on a well know website in USA with two american business partners, they agreed to sponsor me and provide a residence for me, i will be responsible for managing as well as shipping & handling of the merchandise, i dont have any work experience in managing, my question is...can i apply for a working visa in US? Hi, I am working for an orgination as manager in Pune , due to some problems i left some exams of my btech un attempted, now i don't hold any degree. Hi , May i know what is the time gap maintained between visits ? once i got my B1/B2 approved in Jan 2014 i was their in US from Jan'14 to may 14 (3mnths)and again went back in Nov'14 and stayed till may'15 ( 6 mnths) when can i travel again ?
